Remote support
From the same system: control the screen once the employee approves, talk by voice, chat, run commands on the device, and schedule tasks for groups of devices.
Remote support is switched on in the server settings and needs the assistant agent on each device; voice also needs a TURN relay configured. Every session and command is recorded against the technician in the audit log.
What you get
Ticket and asset data belongs to your organisation alone. The system runs inside your network, with no cloud subscription and nothing leaving your building.
Intake, routing and follow-up, with service levels and alerts before a deadline is missed.
A register of devices, where they are and who uses them, with data collected from the machines themselves.
A structure for sites, buildings and rooms, so every ticket and asset knows exactly where it is.
Scheduled rounds with checklists, and work orders raised automatically when they are due.
A reporting centre for performance, compliance and assets, with printing and Excel export.
The local network is enough. Outside access is needed only for licensing, and with a long grace period.
How to start
Three steps. No cloud service to subscribe to, and nothing uploaded anywhere.
One file, on a machine or server inside your network. It takes minutes and sets up its own database.
The system registers itself and runs with everything included. No email and no card is asked for to begin.
Pick a package, pay on the secure checkout page, and the serial arrives by email. Enter it under Settings → Licence.
Running it
One machine inside your network is enough. No cloud infrastructure and no hosting subscription.

A subscription is per Smart HelpDesk server installation and covers every device that installation manages. Pick a package and enter your email, then pay on a secure page hosted by Creem. Once payment is confirmed the activation serial is emailed to you; enter it under Settings → Licence.
Card details are entered on the Creem page only and never pass through this site. Already running an installation? Renew from inside it: Settings → Licence.
The download
It installs on one machine and takes minutes. No email and no card is asked for to begin.
SHA-256 of the file. Compare it after downloading to confirm the file arrived intact:
a9bcd3f9b384570bad104cbdea728c36a2ac8dbf1987e5e885cbcbb64c9aa7d9
The installer is not signed with a code-signing certificate, so Windows SmartScreen may say the app is unrecognised. That does not mean a virus; it means this build is unsigned.
To continue, choose "More info" then "Run anyway". If you want to be sure, compare the SHA-256 above before running it.
Questions
No. The database and files stay on your server. The only thing that leaves is a licence check, carrying an installation id and a version number — no tickets, no assets, no names.
It keeps working. The licence check has a long grace period, and the local network is enough for everything else.
A subscription is per Smart HelpDesk server installation and covers every device that server manages. It is not counted per device, user or technician.
Yes. A licence can be extended but never shortened, and the extension reaches your installation at the next renewal with no reinstall.
Not by default: every session waits for the employee to approve. Unattended access needs a device policy that allows it and a separate technician permission, and the employee sees a banner for the whole session.
Who started the session, when, on which device, and every command run with its result — in the audit log on your server.
